Returns and Refunds
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.

Only regular priced products are refundable. Offers cannot be returned.
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for a new product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your product to Ronald Hunter Paintings, Beukelsdijk 102-B, 3022 DK Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive a refund may vary.
If you’re returning very expensive products, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
